Returns and Refunds
Sunshine Coast Art and Framing Gallery will take all necessary steps to provide a fault free product and will package your order with the up most care.
If you are not completely satisfied that you received a quality product from us, you may return it within 7 days from date of invoice for a full refund. Â Please advise via phone or email that you are returning your purchased products and why. Â Any costs associated with returning products to us is at the customers expense. Please remember our products are handmade and are custom, if you have made the wrong choice, or have changed your mind, a credit will be issued.
You must contact Sunshine Coast Art and Framing Gallery prior to returning any order.
Once your order is despatched, any delay in shipping is not the responsibility of Sunshine Coast Art and Framing Gallery.
We have worked really hard to make sure the colour of our frames and mats are as close as possible to real life, however not all home devices and home computers will be calibrated with true colours and we are not responsible for minor variations in colours. If you feel there is a variation, or any issues please email us a photo and we will assess your matter.
Please remember that raw and stained timber products will vary in colour within the same batches. These products will always have colour and grain differences. Due to many factors like environmental and manufacturing/suppliers, mats and frames change colour over time, so if you are trying to match a frame that you already have, we cannot guarantee that the products ordered at different times will be the same.
Damaged Goods
Our priority is to ship your items as safely as possible so you can unpack and hang straight on your walls, however sometimes item may arrive damaged.
Loss or damage of goods must be reported to Sunshine Coast Art and Framing Gallery within 7 days of the date of your invoice and cannot be replaced after 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you receive your items and they have been damaged in transit, please email us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
Goods collected from us are the receiver’s responsibility as soon as they leave our premises and goods damaged in your own transit cannot be replaced.
Customers are responsible for collecting goods from the post office or couriers if they were unable to be delivered. If your goods are not collected or a re-delivery is not organised, they will be returned to us. We will re-send the items to you at your cost and will not take responsibility for any items that have been resent.
We recommend you choose acrylic over glass as an option as clear acrylic is durable and travels well without any risk of breakage. If you receive your artwork with broken glass, we can not ship you a new piece of glass, we can offer a credit for the broken glass and send you a new piece of acrylic at the additional cost.
There is no visible difference between acrylic and clear class. Our acrylic is 3mm thick and very high quality.
Accidents are always possible with items being ship via courier companies and is impossible to avoid however we pride ourselves on customer service and will do our best to fix any problems that may arise.
