Paula has 25 years’ experience in management and operations and is passionate about customer service. Paula loves to capture, and frame people’s lives which she feels is the most important part of their existence. She loves spending time with their 3 amazing children and 2 grandchildren and has a passion for helping others and living life to the fullest.

Jeff has managed teams and businesses for over 25 years in variety of industries where customer experience and satisfaction is front and centre for success. Customer satisfaction and exceptional experience delivery is multi-faceted and involves every department in any business. For Jeff numbers and relationships matter equally.
Joel Prvinic
Head Framer and Training Manager
Joel is a certified Framer of 27 years, starting in framing as soon as he left high school. He specialises in Football Jerseys and Museum Framing. Joel enjoys playing football, listening to Millencolin, and driving GT fours. He lives on the Sunny Coast and loves spending time with his wife Jane and his 3 boys and 2 pug dogs.

Mirela has been in the framing industry for many years. Her qualifications in engineering and fine arts allow her to envision and propose innovative and achievable framing concepts that enhance the artworks and suit the customer’s requests and budgets. Mirela is always excited to be part of the framing process no matter how big or small, two dimensional or tridimensional, old, or new, from the initial consultation to the final reveal.
Alice Graham

Alice comes to us with strong design skills and a broad background in creative Industries. She has been in the framing industry since 2013 and is a qualified picture framer.
Alice has strong organisational, people, time management and prioritisation skills, and has extensive practical knowledge of interior design, décor consultancy and colour selection.
Kathy Hill
Store Manager Noosaville
Joining the team in December 2020, Kathy operated her own photography, editing and framing business in the Sunshine Coast’s hinterland for 18 years prior to that. Kathy loves the creative process of framing from the initial consultation and is passionate about seeing artwork and family memories preserved and on display.

Ruby commenced with the team in early 2022 and quickly exercised a natural ability to visualise and communicate elaborate designs. Her
attention to detail and exceptional customer service brings a fresh perspective to the business. Ruby enjoys working with customers to conceptualise intricate designs, and as a result their art is displayed in the most unique way.
Anna Middleton
Design Consultant
After joining the team in April 2022, Anna was excited to combine her love for exceptional customer service with her creative flair to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Coming from a long and varied background in Photography she strives to incorporate her skills in creating timeless, cherished concepts for her customers. She endeavours to greet everybody with a cheerful smile and a can-do attitude.
Hayley Dobson
Design Consultant
From the minute she joined our team, late 2021, Hayley enriched our creative space with her extensive customer service skills, creative and artistic approach to framing as well as her youth and enthusiasm. She brings a creative flare to our framing team and has a great knowledge in art products, as a water colourist herself. Hayley explores other mediums such as acrylic, charcoal, oil and pottery.

Design Consultant
Ayesha brings her creative flair to the team for framing consultation and art advice. She is a Multi National award winning face and body artist, certified in art therapies.
Fabio Ciprian
Graphic Design and Print
Fabio has over 30 years experience working as a professional designer for local and national companies. Since completing a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication he has gathered skills in all facets of graphic design with strengths in designing for print advertising. Along with a passion for design and creativity, Fabio also enjoys travel, particularly being immersed in new cultures and experiences.

Tracey was absolutely delighted to commence an apprenticeship with the very experienced, international team at the gallery. It turned out to be better than expected and she loves the creative aspect of custom framing…. so much to learn. Prior to this, she ran her own photography business specialising in real estate incorporating drone aerial photography.
Patrick Duggan
Framer & Stretcher
Having discovered a love for woodworking, Patrick has found picture framing satisfies his desire for building and creating. Everyday is a new day where he learns new skills that compliment peoples artwork and treasured memories through framing. Outside of woodworking, he enjoys going to the beach with his girlfriend, playing with his dog, sipping whisky by the fire, mountain top views and glorious sunrises.

Oscar started working in the framing industry in 1986 in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. Oscar has 33 years of framing experience. He likes choosing the framing materials required for each job and enjoys working with canvas and all types of framing. He is a perfectionist and always endeavour to deliver a high-quality finish for his customers. His hobbies include music and cinema.
Chris Barden
Framer and Stretcher
Chris has been working in the framing industry since 2016 and loves the transformational power that great framing can have. He considers himself lucky to create custom canvases for some inspiring artists from all over the country and work on large production framing for several exhibitions.
Grace Herrmann
Framer and Stretcher
Grace began picture framing in 2013 and has special interest in artisan framing techniques such as wood carving and gilding. Grace is passionate about people’s stories and helping customers create timeless framing concepts which preserve pieces for years to come. Outside her work as a framer Grace is an exhibiting artist; her main art practice is paper carving with mixed media finishes.
Ken Carmichael
Framer and Stretcher
Ken has many years of experience as a picture framer and has worked in England with a Major Framing Company and owned and ran his own framing company in Maroochydore. Ken bring a world of knowledge with experience in Engineering, Design, project management and sales. Kens values include attention to Customer service, comitment to quality, reliability, support for other team members and absolute commitment to continuous improvement. Ken interests include numerous years of playing competitive squash and currently plays social and competitive lawn bowls, and to travels Australia by caravan with his wife. Ken has two children who are all grown up and fully functional with their own families.
Jade Zaninni
Apprentice Framer
Jade joined our team in 2022 as an apprentice picture framer. Jade has a family background in picture framing and once she completing her training will become a third-generation framer. Her mother, father, and grandmother where all picture framers. She is naturally creative with a diverse skill set in graphic design, Illustrations, art, music, and photography.
Jack Kelly
Apprentice Framer
Jack is our newest apprentice and started his apprenticeship in late July 2023. Jack has been trying to find his career niche, and comes to us with experience as a trophy engraver in 2016/2017. Jack is keen to get back to a hands on job that requires high attention to detail. Jack loves all things sport with cricket, golf, AFL and basketball being his favourites.
Nikolai Prvinic
Workshop Assistant
Nik joined our workshop team in 2022 assisting our framers and stretchers. Nik assists with deliveries between our stores and customer’s homes. Nick is following in his father’s footsteps in the framing industry.
Lyisha Kruger
Barista
Lyisha moved to the Sunshine Coast with her family 4 years ago from Brisbane. Her family enjoy going to all the beautiful beaches, going up to the hinterland and enjoy all what the Sunny Coast has got to offer. She was trained as Barista over 28 years ago and over the years she has developed and refined her skills in making the best and consistent coffee for her customers. Lyisha values great customer service and is always up for a chat.

Megan is originally from South Africa and has been in Australia for more that 15 years now and currently lives on the Sunshine Coast. Megan is a new mum and a watercolour and pencil Artist.

Donna was born ad bred in New Zealand and moved to the Sunshine Coast over 30 years ago. Donna is an award- winning artist whose work is collected worldwide. Donna has a love of people and a fascination of the human face. She captures authentic emotions and feeling of her subject and is always on the lookout for interesting characters to paint who take her imagination somewhere. Her desire to experiment and try new things draws her to the excitement of mixed media and the exploration of different techniques and genres.
