RENTING ARTWORK AND STYLING YOUR HOUSE TO SELL

Styling your property with art will boost the overall presentation of your home, and framed artwork and photo prints are the perfect touches for ambience and decorative appeal.

Our wall art rental services provide you with a selection of 1000s of art or photo prints, and our custom framing service means we can help you choose the right frame to give your artwork the desired effect.

And however long your home is on the market, we have the perfect package for you.

OUR ART RENTAL PACKAGES

We offer short, medium and long-term art rental packages.

Short-term rental: We require an upfront payment which includes any delivery fees.

Medium-term rental: We will require payment for the first month of the agreed rental term, including any delivery fees.

Long-term rental: We will require payment for the first 2 months of the agreed rental term, including any delivery fees.

Working with an interior designer? We engage with them regularly and can happily work with them to choose the right print and frame from the 100s of custom frame options we provide.

As art enthusiasts and proud art gallery owners, we know we will have exactly what you or your interior designer are looking for.

And we have stock ready to go if you need it urgently.

HOW OUR ART RENTAL SERVICE WORKS

1. Choose the artwork you would like to rent

Browse art prints in-store or check out the wall art page on our website. We can also provide you with our on-trend library of available images in a PDF file.

***Before choosing your artwork, consider the size you want and the orientation that will work best for your space.***

If you are unsure of the right print for your home, feel free to send us a photo of the space and colour scheme you are considering, and one of our qualified team members can help you decide.

2. We will provide you with a quote and agreement document to sign

The agreement will explain the details of your rental and will not begin till we receive your confirmation email. You are not locked into this agreement and can terminate it at any time with 1 week’s notice.

3. You will make your agreement payment

We will need in-store or over-the-phone payment via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer before you take your artwork.

4. You can pick up your artwork

Your artwork can be collected from our Minyama or Noosa stores, or we can deliver it. We suggest keeping the packaging so you can reuse it when you bring your artwork back to us at the end of your art rental period.

You will receive your artwork ready to hang with the hanging cord already attached to the back. We can also assist you in finding an artwork installer.

YOUR OPTIONS AT THE END OF YOUR RENTAL TERM

If at the end of your rental period, or when your home sells, you are not ready to part with your rented artwork, you have to option to buy it.

You can also replace your artwork with another custom art-framed print. Once you select new artwork from our diverse range, we will arrange return delivery and prepare the new print for delivery.

And finally, as mentioned, you are not locked into your art rental agreement. You can end it anytime, no questions asked. We will handle the artwork return. All you need to do is re-package it ready for pickup.
